Yeah. You'll be lucky to pull a decent frame and STIs out of the bag for less than £300... Unless you're willing to compromise dodgy paint or dirt cheapo wheels

They've done most of the Kona Road frames since 2006

even a basic old 8 speed Scott or similar with Sora makes close on 300 .
you may get something at 200, hope you do, but you may end up spending more getting it right. Good luck with the hunt tho'

BTW, you could get something with 7/8 speed DT shifters and add ergos later?
