I had the sane challenge very recently and a set popped up on Ebay luckily. I'd checked with pace and fork English and no dice.
Save a search on Ebay, you might get lucky. Otherwise I hope someone on here can help.
I was sent a link to an fb pace owners group. You might want to join that and post a wanted as on there.

If the fork is in good condition, don't miss out because of the brake mounts. They pop up, I thought I'd be waiting a while and had bagged a set within a week, and hadn't even used the pace owners forum where I'm sure you'd find them. There was a set floating on ebay for ages and were cheap, was going to buy them and keep them just in case, but at the time didn't need them. You'll find some im sure.
