WTD lightweight xc rims and light rigid fork, long steerer

Looking for some rims to build up a light set of wheels for a commuter/training bike. Need to be 32 hole rim brake and xc light!

Also looking for a lightweight rigid fork with a long steerer (at least 210mm)

What have you got?

I've a nice pair of Marin Rockstar forks by spinner. In matt black, uncut steerer about 260mm I seem to remember, they're in great condition 9/10
They are threadless 1 and 1/8
