WTD: Deore ll RD & Quill to Ahead adaptor stem 1 1/8th

Good evening all,

I'm after one of these for my Trekker build. I managed to purchase a FD earlier off this forum, which was a nice surprise, so maybe I can find a RD too.

I'm also seeking a 1 1/8th Quill to ahead adaptor stem.
