WTD: Cyclocross-bike Medium / 55cm TT

Hi all,

Looking for a cheap cx-bike; used, new, broken parts or missing parts no matter, everything considered.
If I may have some preferences I would like a compact frame with a toptube around 55cm or so in length. Not entirely sure how one is supposed to fit on a cx-bike... Also made out of steel since I am doing a wishlist here
