WTD - Classic Retro Road Bike

I'm looking for a bit of a restoration project, the only stipulation is it must be a road bike suitable for somebody 5'8" tall with a 30" inside leg.

Other than that I'll consider anything.

61cm frame, little large for my size chap.

Have a look on my '3 Bikes' thread. the 'International Bicycle Company' one may be of interest? It's a 23". But don't forget - that unless you can collect - there will be a cost for carriage on top of the bike price.
