WTD: Cinelli Quill stem and bars (NOW SORTED)

I am looking for a Cinelli Quill stem (for threaded headset).

Would like a stem that is approx 80-90 mm and if possible with some handlebars, fairly wide.

Would prefer these to be in VGC. If easier, I may have a 120+ mm Cinelli stem for swap. I need to confirm the length on that though (current setup belongs to a friend).

Hi,

I have a 90mm Cinelli stem in pretty good condition (PGC?). It only has a bit deeper mark on the front about 10mm above the minimum insertion mark, I guess from being inserted up to there most of its life.
