WTD Any old FSA 1 1/8" cartridge headset bearing top ca

As it says, preferably black.

I'm only after the cover that sits on top of the bearing and pushes down the little alloy wedge. It sits below the stem on the steerer. I'm not after the top cap that sits on top of the steerer.
