I am in the market for a reasonably priced winter training frame set, 60cm seat tube. Not overly concerned about frame material but don't want high-tensile steel. Paintwork does not have to be great but I don't want dents, cracks or misaligned tubes.
I don't mind if it takes quill stems or aheadsets. Must have mudguard eyelets.
