As per the title really - I'm off cycling in France in the summer and a friend wants to come along, but he hasn't got a bike! So something 58-60cm, preferably with slightly shorter toptube, 531 or better, with mudguard eyelets, and reliable components. Something like a complete Raleigh Clubman or Royal would be absolutely perfect.
