not much to spend is for friend that hasn't got much dosh,
karma (hint) would be good, they must be v brake so disc isn't important
as his bike has v brakes, is needed quickly because we're going touring
with our bikes soon ..
looking for some thing around £20 posted or less, as said he's skint
