1950s Headset (or perhaps early '60s) - 1", Brittish thread
...after discussion and help thanks to the Retro Classic section I'm now
looking for a 1950s headset, or an early 1960s one with a relatively low stack height.
Any model or make considered, British ideal, but looks like the Campag Gran Sport would be the right height. needs to be in pretty good condition.
EDIT>>>> Think I've got 33mm - 34mm stack height to play with, maybe a bit more once I remove the current headset and reface the tube.
