Looking for a 1" steerer, 26.0mm clamp stem for my girlfriends' bike. Current one is about 110mm and far too long. Any chance someone has a short one for sale? Silver preferably, with about 10 drop/rise.
hi i have a titanium-y grey coloured ritchey one. will need to measure but i think its around 100mm. pm me to remind me if you are interested - i will forget!
Thanks! It's for my girlfriend's bike, I'll measure the one she has and see if 90mm is short enough. Sadly I think it may not be. These ahead stems seem only to come in long lengths. Might have to cut the steerer down and use a quill.
Have a look also if the saddle can come forward by 10mm or so, this may help and you may find more power can be generated to the pedals like this, time triallers & triathletes do this quite often.
