WTB: Titanium seatpost in 27.0 with setback

I can't find one of these anywhere!!!

I'm trying to find a titanium seatpost in a 27.0mm (a 27.2 will NOT work), but I need setback. Ideally a laprade-style clamp, but beggers can't be choosers.
