Looking for older Hope space doctor set in black, size 1 1/8", 40mm stack height (2 x 5mm, 1 x 10mm and 1 x 20mm), exactly as pictured (Hope logo in all caps inside an oval). Needs to be shipped to US, prefer Paypal to send payment. Can't find this model (pre-2006?) in US anywhere!
