Ealier this year I imported 3pairs of NITTO (clearly stamped on the steerers) NOS 1980s made painted bullmoose from the US. After shipping, VAT and Duty this job lot cost me nearly £300 (so £100/piece) - and I have used the dark green bar on the bike below and they work a treat.

I have plans to re-paint one of my remaining (blue or red) bars pictured for another project - so I might have one last bar going spare if anyone in the UK is after a genuine period bull-moose that has the added advantage of being colour-coded to your bike. Also included is the stem bolt, top cap and wedge that I have sourced for each. It almost goes without saying they are for 1" headset with their 22.2mm steerers

there is an interesting story behind these bars too - I will share with the buyer and can say they are late '80s west-coast sourced and never made it onto the production bikes they were made for due to a bull moose falling out of favour and change to a well known Californian bike manufacturer's MTB specification at the time.

The reason I like these bars is they are painted and not chrome plated like most - so a rub-down and re-coat into a colour of choice is very do-able on them (as seen on my '83 Ritchey I used the first bar on after matching the colour at my local paint shop.
