....and they are not, in my view, NOS.

I think (depending on the photo resolution) that there is corrosion in the brake bolt at the bottom. Completely characteristic of having been mounted and used. And the logo SLR is worn on the the top cantilever.

Low use or near new possibly. NOS, no. The definition of NOS is well-established on RB and other sites and I think these fall short.
