come to think of it, do you think maybe klein's "back in the day" top end price range was more of a marketing scheme using the bike's weird and awesome paint jobs as a eye catching way to get bikers to look and say "hey look at me"! If i have this beautiful paint job i must be handcrafted awesomeness.

I vinyl wrapped my little Bickerton with fablon beech effect film, turned out rather spiffing if I do say so myself!

It helps that the frame is basically a box section with little to no curves though.

kaiser...why not try some contact on a roll in black first..see if you like it then decide? gotta be cheaper and quicker than painting it then hating it and changing it back?
