Love this thread and hate it all i want is a garage or workshop or even a shed trying to get a property were i live with something is a joke

Where are you based? Are there any storage facilities nearby? In the U.K. there are yards all over full of shipping containers that people rent, where mine is based is like a small community.

Ye mate i in uk i have one (a container) but theres no eletric no heating and i wish mine was like a community theres a massive shortage of houses with any sort of ouside space or garages if you want a flat or a bastard hmo your ok

Maybe rent space in someone else's shop? Maybe take a part of your apartment (like a closet) and that be your space, than grow as you need to. Getting your perfect work space is not a "linear" path, but just being motivated to create/ modify/ build will draw attention of others. I am very blessed through my life because... Those "others" have given me the income & opportunity over the last 55 years to have an incredible work space.
Please "don't back up for a better start"! Get out there and spread YOUR magic & joy...And share with us!

I been trying to get get some were mate but not that easy i could rent inside someone else unless it had a workshop within a workshop as you know yourself the money these parts bikes cost i couldnt leave lieing around i got my stuff in boxes and everything and my full bikes in a container its when it comes to polishing stuff spraying cleaning i got anodising stuff spraying shot blasting stuff sat in boxes just cant do that i trying to move to a house with outside space good side to it is i getting everything togher when ready hasnt stopped me buying bikes and parts haha though mate
