There is a good chance the levers will screw straight onto the clamps already there . Undo the brake cables and pull the brake levers back . Put a 5mm allen key in the front of the lever and undo . The brake lever should come off with the cable . The sti lever should be the same bolt , have a look . If it is the same , simply put a brake cable through it , locate it in the end of the inner cable , push it through , and do up the 5mm bolt to clamp the lever in position . It can be a bit fiddly to locate , but worth the effort if it saves you a bigger job .
