yesterday we drove up to holkham hall and it was actually warm....under the trees as well....couldnt believe it 8)

Well we still have some snow on the higher passes, and lots left on the mountains.

Shame when it has all gone, usually late May before all the North facing slopes are totally free of the odd patch.

I don' know how I would feel about living in a place you never see snow, a few months in equatorial regions is enough for me.

Britain certainly has changeable weather, I have been at Glastonbury Festival before and there was a heavy snow shower on the Tuesday, but intense heat by Friday when all the punters were there! :)
