Superb Carlton pre takeover frameset - one of the last built by the low volume Carlton works. Refinished by Mercian in irridescent purple with delicate gold lug lining, 531 throughout, correct original transfers, stunning condition, few minor marks will not show when built up.
Was reduced to £75 + postage. Wthdrawn due to Carlton frame from an undesirable year (1983), and a really tatty thing selling on another forum for £85 + postage.
I had underpriced it and overestimated the interest that this frame would generate at this low price on the forum.
It'll get the build it deserves now.
