the cable hanger is around 1.16 inches, whatever the closest is to that, im no good with a vernier! its missing a bolt though

Had a quick look at my Mech today but I'm not sure if it's 28.6 or 31.8, I'll probably have to whip the mech off and see if the size is on the band but I won't be able to do this until Thursday when I'm not at work if this is OK?
