35mm - 55mm. The are Recessed nut style.

I have a set of bars here with the clamp size your after. dual cable grooves too.
they are 44cm centre to centre.
Got the stem somewhere too if needed, was just a basic ish looking silver stem though from memory
£10 plus postage if you want the bars
