Definitely a TST. Serial checks out to be similar to some Dean Ti frames. Guessing the mtbr post was correct that these were extra frames made for Dean that were not needed and sold to Wicked for their own branding.
 
I snagged it. And those were the sellers blury photos. It'll need some parts swapped out, but it'll be slow going as it'll be staying as my vacation pavement pounder at my relatives house.

Lol yeah, the original ad was just the second pic on my first post. Had the PO send some closer pics to confirm what I thought. Guessing the aren't many of these around as it was just a small bike shop in Phoenix dealing and selling them.

TST made similar frames (bullet stays/serial format and Made in USA stamping) for many Manufacturers including the Dean and Kona frames.. The list I have somewhere while collecting the various brands was around 20 or so, hopefully find it out again one day. The letter changed for different manufactures, the next two numbers as you are probably aware is the size, though that doesn't always match the actual measurements, the last three being the run number.
