Why are my tyres lumpy out of true

Taken them off and on, squeezed, pulled, checked for trapped tubes, seated valves etc. Everything i used to do but cant get them to seat/sit true on rims or flat.

Any help/tips appreciated

Did you trap your lip or knob in them ? That could cause the unevenness

didn't get to the shed. what could it be both are nothing exotic or unusual

Now there's a thought was they flat ? As in deflated ? for ages ?

Is this on that Raleigh ?

Rim tape too wide for the rim? I had this experience once, even a couple of mm can do it - I nearly went nuts as the tyre would pop off right at the last point before seating…Another thought is have the tyres been stored anywhere very warm ? I've had some deform as a result :evil:
