Strip Massif frame, clean and rub down then a touch of black plastikote spray paint to try and make dodgy black paintjob more uniform. Do other stuff whilst it dries then polish up frame and reassemble.

At the rate I do anything that little lot is, this weekend, next weekend and any other time I can spare before Cannock Chase ride on 30th Dec !

Plus can anyone suggest good hard wearing V-brake blocks as the previous ones were eaten in only two rides around the muddy trails around here !

Wife is in London to see the Spice Girls so I am left at home holding the Baby (6 months).. I can see no biking this weekend

Rebuilding an eighteenth century Dawes Galaxy tourer with STIs and long drop calipers followed by stripping down a ti Rock Lobster CX ready for the titanium welders ( rack mounts to turn it into a tourer ) then scratch building a new 8 speed cassette out of spares for fast touring plus a super-low gear for hills. When I've finished with my mates then I'll get a chance to work on MY OWN bikes!
