that's on my to do list :shock: trying to work out when the best time would be - apparently you are not meant to sit down for long periods of time, I work at a desk so I'd have to blow holidays for it. also - no bike riding for a month! thats not good.

You can ride apparently in about 10 days time and i am off back to work monday to sit at my desk all day long.
