Who sells gold 7-speed chains

Get a singlespeed for about a fiver (or thereabouts) but a gold one!!?? Twenty-odd quid.. :roll:

And still... cost is proving disproportionate compared to an ss one..

Although.. how much longer is 7-speed than ss?? I cut about a foot off the one I ordered the other day..

Looked for KMC, I have one of their ss ones. Can't find them in longer sizes though..

Can't see the logic behind £8 for a ss and £20+ for a 7+ speed..

The one I have (ss) was 112 inks long, how many links do I need for 7-speed?

Could always use 2 SS ones :idea: (joking!!)

The one you have will probably be 1/8 and as it doesn't need to work at an angle can be made relatively easily ; whereas multi speed chains are optimized to shift well and not wear out after 5 mins while being pulled at a crappy chainline .

I used a gold chain on a bike for a while and it just looked gash
