I've locked this. Let's all leave it tonight 'eh. We can unravel the rights and wrongs another day. Anymore threads pop up on this spat and i'll bin them. It's friday night.

As for complaints regarding moderation.... Just deal with it. It's quite a fine line often, we let things run when we can but sometimes (such as this case) action is required. Nobody really wants a free for all. Further some posts are removed because this is a site read by 1000s of many ages, not you and your mates down the pub.
