Who or what is Topo?

Got a titanium bar off Haggis, a couple of weeks ago
Faintly says 'Topo' on ones side and clearly titanium on the other
Anyone know where they come from
mbr has them listed in their bar section,but unfortunately it has no reviews
There is one bar end cap that reads 'profile design' that may not be original though
A bit obscure i know
But this is the place for that

theres a mail order bike parts supplier over here called Performance Bicycle (sorta like nashbar, cambria and others) and i think thats thier "house brand" line of parts

Topo is mouse in italian, but I doubt this can help
