Who has heard of a GRISLEY MOUNTAIN bicycle?

We bought this bicycle thought it would be interesting to work on renewing and customizing it.

Has anyone heard of the brand?

Ah i remember Grisley's had forgotten about them!
lbs back in the day used to stock the mtb's, i used to quite like them not sure weather they were any good though.
