Earlier this year I worked out a swap deal with a fellow RB member. The exchange was a pair of Time carbon forks for an Ofmega crankset and BB. My correspondent threw in various bits'n'pieces including cable clips and gear levers and spares.
I included the Stronglight A9 headset that had been used to attach the Time fork to the frame. This was partly to avoid potentially damaging the carbon fork when removing the crown race. However, I now find myself embarking on a Gitane project that the A9 wold be ideal for! But, of course I deleted all PMs relating to the exchange ...
So, in the event that my original correspondent reads this, and hasn't used the (rather scruffy) A9 headset, then please drop me a line!
