heat transfer vinyl is easy enough to obtain, I have a roll of white here, but I'm not sure how the rubber would hold up the installing. It also needs a solid surface behind it to ensure good adhesion.If you wanted to get super fancy you could get heat transfer vinyl cut for it. There are plenty of companies out there who will cut that for you and it is not expensive. That means digitising the current design to a vector format, but that's a matter of just throwing time at it, not of any real difficulty or skills.
It wouldn't look factory though, the vinyl has a thickness that the screen printing doesn't have.
