I have a couple of Sachs Maillard freewheels fitted to wheels with Campag hubs (Athena from the early 90s and Record from the 60s), and I have a splined removal tool that I bought in 1991. It has no brand markings, and I cannot remember who made it, but it has square edges to the splines. It slips over the locknuts of my Campag hubs with no problem once the skewer is removed. It may be that the locknut on your hub is larger and would make it impossible to slip a remover over. Incidentally, my freewheels (6 and 7-speed) match the 1st and 3rd links in Matt70’s post.

Thanks guys, the Shimano tool was correct one, and I didn't even have to remove the nuts!
Freewheel came off!
