Which tool do i need for Bottom Bracket ?

I have to remove a Shimano square taper BB and replace it with a ISIS one, sorry i realise it's a hopeless noob question but do i need to get two different one's or will one do both brackets.

yes I had a shimano BB tool which while the teeth are the same, it's not 'deep' enough to go over the wider splines on the ISIS BB. An ISIS BB tool will do both.

I had a shimano one and turned the inside out on a lathe. Best tool for the job.!
