i sometimes have to buy slightly bigger waist to get a comfy leg lengh,34"w 36"leg have a different cut in 36" waist.

tkmaxx can sometimes come up trumps,i struggle at other outlets

yes tkmaxx is great, im on the smaller end and they always have something (im far from long legged, so not talking from experience)
