Id say midrange (cindercone-y) level. Nice but not exceptional.

yes, the first frame looks kinda like a voodoo, this second frame here is a gary fisher hoo koo e koo or whatever; they sell complete now for around $200 give or take a few bucks (USD)

I know this post is old, but I am looking at a mid-nineties HKEK now, and I am thinking of buying.

CW - the picture of the HKEK frame that you posted - do you (or anyone else) know what the top tube diameter is? It looks like 1 1/8", but wanted to check. Thanks!
