I could help with some gold judys if you go down that route. I think you've got to go rock shox really on an rts, nothing else would look right imo.

Gold Mag's are THE fork for RTS's.

However, buck the trend and go for white forks and renew your decals with white ones.

None of the above! Yeah I know trust me to be a pain. How about a fork to match the rear end? Normally on an RTS that is all silver it would not stand out, but with that black frame, regardless of decal colour, chrome looking forks (highly polished something) would look fantastic.

Can you strip and polish Rock Shox?

By way of apology for the brutal way I wound you up over the stove enamel quote - I have at work with me today a couple of old mags which have small pics of black team RTS's - These are only small but show the frames a bit, one has gold Mag 21's which would get my vote.

I can't scan until after office hours but will get them on tonight

Interestingly in the same mag there is a picture of Purple Anno RTS with a disk drive and Mag 21's......

I plumped for the white in the end and I don't think you need to change the decals. Look good with a smoke/dart and a polished stem/bars to match the back end.

Tyres are skinwall and the post and stem are polished (bars are black tho')

Put the red Judy's on last night and they look great, defo better than the white Mag's. Think i'm gonna go with them for now and see how they ride.
