Which campy hubs are these?

Im not sure, and as I will be looking to move them on I would like to make sure I list them correctly.

You're absolutely right, but my reckoning was the Olympus tended to be 7 speed and Centaur 8 (the silver spacer was the 8 speed specific spacer.

The line up, in 1991, was Euclid, Centaur, Olympus, Themis (top to bottom)

I've only ever seen Olympus in 8 speed (Dynatech Voyager, Look M190, couple of Kleins, Mercians)
Both my Olympus hubs have the silver spacer - they've used those spacers on all sorts of hubs since the 70s at least

Not talking about road hubs, or freewheel hubs from the 70s or 80s. Specifically MTB hubs and the non drive side.
