Where To Find Cable Guide For GT Frame?

I have this 1993 GT Talera frame that was designed for cantilever brakes. But it is missing the braze on cable guide on the seat tube, that centres the brake cable.
Is there a source for the plastic ones that you can attach to the seat tube?

are you 100% sure it's for canti's and not a U-brake?

Yeah, the brake bosses are positioned for canti's.

I think that frame should be a a ubrake and have a straddle that crosses the seat tube through a plastic collar (on the seat tube)... just looked in my flickr account by can't find the pick I'm looking for. see below

When I put a 26" wheel on, the brake bosses are below the rim. U-brake bosses are above the rim.

The cable stop is under the top tube inside the little triangle. A VERY long straddle cable ran from it, past the seat tube, then crossed and linked to the cantis. There would have been a plastic rubbing strip round the seat tube.

It doesn't sound like it would have very good stopping power with that set-up.

That's the factory set up and even though it's not a direct seatstay type it actually works quite well when set up right (as is the case with all canti brakes)
Another option is to run maguras, a popular choice with triple triangle and rts owners.
