where is the GT information?

Could be Avalanche, Pantera, Backwoods or Tempest. Is this the original color or has the frame been stripped? GT had a color that looked ball burnished and it was called "Billet" but it was more of a silver anodized finish. Looks to be a 96 by the serial number and single bolt rear derailleur hanger. Appears to be Sanfa built. No way to reach the original owner?

Billet is the finish my Tempest has. Looks BB, but in fact is slightly flatter and not shiny like BB.
