Where do you personally draw the line?

daj, I used to want to collect bikes and never get rid of any, but I now have a rule

If you arent emotionally connected to a bike and/or you dont use it that often, sell it for something different

So, if you dont think your going to do the bike justice or are struggling to find a use for it, move it on for a different model!

Line, Line........we dont need no stinkin line

Line, Line........we dont need no stinkin line

If you think we are going to be able to objectively justify yours, or our own motley collection of retro scrap metal, you are afflicted more than most.

The first step to getting help is admiting you have a problem

......or buy a nice NOS 92 S works steel, red with yellow decals, titanium stem..............

problem ....what problem :P

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Lifes too short to worry about such things :D

It's very very hard to keep a lid on it if you have the odd bit of cash to spend.

I said I would 100% stop at what's in my sig below but I REALLY want an EWR and a Merlin Mountain

someone remind me if they see me going for bike No.8 that I said this

You need it

But Nielll you know you need it!

Only one thing better than having seven bikes and that would be having eight.

Go on, you know you need it.

As some of you already know, I don't believe in having a bike and not using it- I'm not saying it's wrong to build a thing of beauty and only use it to sit in at night oogling it and getting wood- just not for me.

Form and function combo is what I like- however as long as you are using it I don't think it matters that you will never put you and the machine in the "envelope", to use some top-gun parlance.

I would love some really top end bikes and would have no problem riding them even thou I am pretty shite, my main problem is I cannot afford it.

If you can good, luck to you, the line to me is cost  .

im with pickle on this one ive had to take a hard look at the collection and make a few culls i really didnt want to sell the fat but when i rode it i was scared of scratching the components etc so could never ride it hard, so if im not emotionally attached or ride it often its gotta go! (all of this is subject to change with no prior notice!)
