where do I get a good/cheap frame respray in S Wales??

Hi all,

building up a KHS for the missus and need to get the frame sorted, any ideas where? I have a mate that owns a car spray shop as a last resort but i'd prefer someone who has experience of bike frames as i don't want 20kg of paint on it!!

I work in Cardiff/live in Bridgend so somewhere this side of Gower would be nice..

Take it to a powdercoaters, they will charge about £40.

argos is not far over the bridge. i couldnt find any quality paint shops in s.wales.

Argos dont qualify under the cheap criteria, but they will certainly be good
