Just to confirm that the roller on the DMR mech verter is anodised aluminium and is attached to the hinged clamp with an M5 bolt.
There is also a brass bush on which it rotates. It's more or less identical to the one's I've had on a few various Saracen frames and is a perfect replacement.

DMR seem to do them in black, silver or red.

the pulley can be removed from an acor pizza cutter cable routing smoothing thingymajig. Held with an m5 bolt and has a brass bush for smoothness, i have one spare if you're still in need.
