I found a spare campag headset the other day, but I don't think it's C Record. Will check it against velobase and get back to you

Still need the 25mm seat post
Also a rear C-Record 32 Hole Screw on Freewheel Hub I will take a pair if I have to.
the pair I bought abroad have gone walk about somewhere on their way to the sunny Isle of Wight!
