I'm surprised you even bothered to ask! The parts on it are worth at least that! So no matter how crap the frame is, it's FREE!
And the fact that it is titanium (if, indeed, it is) suggests that it can't be that crap! (Can it?)

The thing is that I'm not sure it's ti indeed....it's advertised as an 18-speed kids bike :roll:

Get them to do the magnet test - it doesn't look like alu, so if it passes that test, I would take the risk!
