Wheeler bikes

Hey all,

I picked up a frame a while ago from someone on here. It'd been repainted so has no identifying features, but he said he thought it was a Wheeler, which seems pretty plausible looking at pics i can find online. If anyone knows much about these I'd be interested in trying to identify the model, as it would be interesting to know what tubing it uses etc (i assume nothing special, but just curious!) Other than that, does anyone know much about Wheeler bikes? I can't find much info about them online.

There's always lots of Wheelers for sale on German ebay. Only by going through those you can learn a lot about the different makes. Wheeler were absolutely hot back in the nineties when German pro mountainbiker/cyclecross man Mike Kluge was riding for them.

Thanks WimVDD! Looked through every one listed and still can't see one like mine - the cable routing is pretty different, though much else of them looks very familiar, so perhaps it's a particularly early/weird model.. I'll check back there intermittently and see if anything turns up
