Wheel set please

Got my self some lovely little hope bits for my FSR, so I know need to convert to disc onhe rear, but equally hubs is noises and wheel isn't completely true, and it doesn't match the front either

So looking for a pair of disc ready wheels, with reasonable hubs and spin true. I'm in Basingstoke
