Wheel Dilemma

Evening All,

I'd be interested in garnering some opinions on a potential ebay wheel sale, and how best to go about it.
I've got a lovely set of wheels that i think are about to become excess to requirements.
They are Mavic open pro 32 hole rims laced to xtr M950 hubs, and both hubs and rims are in great nick.
So... would it be better to split them as they're a bit unusual?. Sell the hubs seperately, which i think would appeal to MTBers, and then the rims on there own, or sell them as they are to someone after a set of strong lightweight wheels, which is probably a much smaller market?.

Your considered thoughts would be appreciated, as i need to raise some cash for a new purchase . Matt

If they are disc hubs, with the advent of disc brakes on CX bikes, there's an increased demand and so I'd keep them complete, whereas as a rim-brake wheelset, demand is a lot more limited and therefore would suggest splitting.
